DMCA Policy

To make managing potential copyright infringement more accessible, bonpoo has implemented an automated system that allows copyright holders to suspend the download of files which they believe are infringing. A link to this system is embedded in every download page that bonpoo presents when its download links are clicked.

Bonpoo is an Online Service Provider under Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. Section 512 ("DMCA"). Bonpoo respects the legitimate rights of copyrights owners, and will execute notice and takedown procedures as required by the DMCA.
